All orders placed on in stock products before 12 noon Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

To protect your masks in transit all orders are dispatched in board backed envelopes.

Delivery charges will be shown in cart for our economy delivery method (Royal Mail 2^nd Class), with all other alternatives (1^st Class, Guaranteed Next-Day) available for selection at checkout.

Please be aware that the size of our BIG A3 masks will not fit through a standard sized letterbox. To ensure delivery without collection please provide your preferred address, eg. works address.

Postage charges are calculated based on item weight and size, so the cost will increase for heavier orders. The postage cost is inclusive of the delivery charge and packaging.

Personalised Masks Delivery

Personalised Mask orders have a turnaround time of 72hrs from the time your final confirmation to use your forwarded image has been received. If you require your masks sooner, please contact us to discuss. We will do our very best to meet your demand. More often than not Personalised Masks are required for an event, similarly to Birthday cards, where arriving a day or two early is better than one day late! Please bear this in mind when placing your order, as refunds cannot be given for personalised products, and are excempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your order, confirmation must be made prior to your final confirmation to produce from your e-preview proof.

Postage charges are calculated based on item weight and size, so the cost will increase for larger & heavier orders. If multiple items are added to cart the delivery charge will reflect the size & weight of the different items. The postage cost is inclusive of packaging.

Our deliveries are made by the Royal Mail. They deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am - 6pm only. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Next Day Delivery

Please note: No delivery is available to the Republic of Ireland.

Please note: Guaranteed Next Day delivery to the Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands (excluding Guernsey & Jersey), Inverness & Aberdeen, will be by 17:30hrs, with exceptions as detailed below (all other UK Mainland by 13:00hrs).

Bank Holidays

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays so orders placed before 5pm on a Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery

We also offer Guaranteed Saturday delivery* for £11.99. This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed before 3pm on Friday.

If you’d prefer delivery to an alternative address to ensure delivery, please notify us confirming your order reference in correspondence. If no one is available to take the delivery please follow the instructions on the card left (your parcel will be delivered to your nearest Post Office/Sorting Office for collection).
